1. Purpose

Velthorn hosts or links to independent coaching videos, courses, thumbnails, interactive challenges and creator profiles. We take reports of unlawful content, copyright infringement, privacy violations, harassment, impersonation and platform-rule breaches seriously.

This Policy describes how to report material and how Velthorn may respond. It supplements the Terms of Service and Creator Terms & Content Guidelines.

2. How to submit a report

Use the Report this content link shown below lessons and challenges (requires a signed-in account), or email hello@velthorn.app — no account is needed for email reports.

Please provide, as far as possible:

  1. The direct URL of the content, its title and the relevant creator or Academy.
  2. Why you believe the content violates your rights, applicable law or Velthorn's rules.
  3. For an intellectual-property claim, identification of the protected work and the rights you hold or are authorized to represent.
  4. Relevant timestamps, screenshots or other context when helpful.
  5. Your contact details so we can request clarification and communicate the outcome.
  6. A good-faith statement that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Avoid sending unnecessary sensitive personal data. If your concern involves a child's privacy, immediate safety or unlawfully published personal information, please say so clearly.

3. Review and response

We may review the report, check publication records, request clarification or contact the uploader. Depending on the information available and applicable law, we may:

  • leave content accessible while requesting more information;
  • temporarily restrict playback or public visibility;
  • remove the content or specific infringing material;
  • request that the creator correct or replace media;
  • restrict or suspend a creator or user account;
  • preserve necessary evidence or refer an issue to relevant authorities where required by law.

We aim to act reasonably and proportionately; an exact response deadline is not promised here unless applicable law requires one. We may be unable to share confidential details of investigations.

4. Opportunity to respond or appeal

A creator whose content is restricted may contact hello@velthorn.app to provide rights documentation, context or a request for reconsideration. Restoration is not guaranteed and depends on applicable law, the platform's rules, and third-party rights.

Where specific laws require complaint procedures, notices, reasons or appeal mechanisms, Velthorn will follow the applicable requirements.

5. False or abusive reports

Please submit reports in good faith. Deliberately misleading reports or repeated abusive submissions may result in restrictions, subject to applicable law.

6. Third-party hosting

Some content is hosted on YouTube or other services. Velthorn can restrict access through its own pages but may not control content on the provider's platform. For material hosted externally, you may also contact that provider directly.
